Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINBUTLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on the Service
• Errors or inaccuracies in financial data from third-party sources

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinButler, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
